Because this site used to be about the food, man, it seemed like a good place to ask if anyone knows where to be pasturized whole eggs. Whites are available all over town, but I want to make yolk-rich nog.
And no, don't have access to any chicken nests right now.
There are some okay nogs out there, but all have seaweed or some other thickener which doesn't sit right with me.
So? Any clues?
