There wont be time

For any more visions or revisions.

The women didnt help.
The smoke didnt help.
The tea didnt help, though I thought it could.
The questions just kept piling up.
The pounds came and went.
The toast.
Unanswered.

Who are you going to meet?

The yellow smoke may be the end,
People say.
Behind window-panes,
People may murder, or create.

But there wont be time
To judge or be judged.
Anymore.

There's something almost scary in it, like you're being "read", instead of you being a reader...
